El parque playera frente a la urbanización está casi desarrollado. El parque está ubicado en la zona de la playa pública entre la urbanización y el mar. La salida de la urbanización a la playa está integrada con los senderos adoquinados del parque. El parque tiene bancas y estructuras ornamentales de madera para dar sombra. Ultimadamente están sembrando árboles, palmas y otras plantas para completar el ornamento del parque.

The beach park in front of the urban development is almost finished. The park is located in the public beach area between the urban development and the ocean. The beach exit of the urban development is integrated with the cobblestone paths of the park. The park has benches and ornamental wooden structures giving shadow. Lately they are planting trees, palms and other plants to complete the ornaments of the park.
