The developers of the ERB are a Norwegian/Ecuadorian couple, he established in Ecuador since 2003. After many years working as an engineer on projects in Norway, he decided to change profession and dedicate himself to tourism. We arrived in the community of Canoa some years ago, when we constructed the Hotel La Vista that we continue to operate. We have dedicated ourselves to tourism, real estate and construction. We have seen how the community has been developing and continue to develop.
The area on which the ERB is approved, we acquired in 2007. It used to be a shrimp farm, with large pools, that had been unproductive for many years. The location however was prefect, close to the village of Canoa, beach front area, situated between two rivers. Now, after filling in the pools, and leveling the area, one can really appreciate the full potential of the area.
